Long term resident, Elvira Kurt said she's been curious about the project since it started.
My fixation became, oh, this is going to be my future home. So I am seeing this development as if it was for me. It's happening for me.
Netami Stewart manages all plans for parks in the area. She said, once the project is done, it'll be like having a High Park in downtown.
It's got amazing features in terms of, you know, a place to be, and a improvement of the quality of life of downtown. It's going to make a really big impact.
